Position Details
Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Level 2 IT Technician to join our internal IT support team. This in-house role focuses on maintaining our network infrastructure, supporting end-users, deploying software solutions, and ensuring the security and smooth functioning of our IT systems. You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues, managing installations, and strengthening our overall IT operations.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in IT support roles, with strong skills in networking, systems management, and software troubleshooting.
Proficient in configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting Windows and Mac operating systems, Microsoft 365 suite, and remote support tools.
Solid experience with network management including switches, routers, Wi-Fi systems, and basic firewall configurations.
Skilled in device imaging, software deployment, patch management, and system updates.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, backup solutions, and disaster recovery procedures.
Excellent analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve software and network-related issues.
A proactive approach to system monitoring, documentation, and continuous improvement.
