We’re looking for a UX Designer team lead with 3–5 years of experience who brings both execution and vision to the table. This role goes beyond clean design—it’s about understanding the deeper purpose of the product and crafting intuitive, human-centered experiences. You’ll work closely with product and engineering teams to design thoughtful, scalable, and user-focused digital products.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on UX design experience

• Strong skills in Figma, prototyping, and wireframing

• Ability to turn complex ideas into simple, user-friendly flows

• Understanding of UX best practices, accessibility, and responsive design

• Experience managing teams

• Strong communication and presentation abilities
