Position Details
We’re looking for a Head of Operations to lead strategy and execution for our SaaS platform across operations, growth, and product delivery. The ideal candidate brings proven experience in scaling SaaS or technology-driven businesses, combining strategic vision with hands-on operational excellence. You’ll oversee core business functions — from sales and marketing to customer success — ensuring the company meets ambitious growth and performance goals.
Requirements
Define and execute data-driven growth plans focused on revenue, retention, and operational scalability.
Build and optimize processes, KPIs, and workflows across cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and accountability.
Support commercial rollout of AI-enabled software products and help position the company as a category leader.
Recruit, mentor, and structure high-performing teams with a culture of ownership and results.
Use customer insights to shape product priorities and drive engagement, adoption, and satisfaction.
7+ years in operational or general management roles (COO, GM, Head of Ops, or similar), ideally in SaaS or product-led environments.
Strong command of P&L ownership, process optimization, and scaling high-growth teams. Prior exposure to AI or software development environments is a plus.
Analytical, decisive, and execution-oriented. Thrives in fast-paced environments that value clarity, performance, and innovation.
