We’re looking for a Product Owner to help build internal and external high-volume tech systems in the healthcare industry. In this role, you’ll work closely with dispatchers, technicians, and engineering to translate day-to-day operational workflows into clear product requirements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager

• Experience delivering workflow-driven or operational software (dispatch, scheduling, logistics, field service, etc.)

• Strong experience working with engineering teams using Agile/Scrum

• Ability to write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and basic documentation

• Experience with frontline user adoption, UAT, training, and rollout is a strong plus

• Comfortable working closely with operations teams and frontline users

• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
