Position Details
We’re seeking a dependable and sharp Level 3 Technician / Tech Lead to join our team. This role combines advanced troubleshooting, leadership, and project work. You’ll guide the service team, handle escalations, and help deliver high-quality IT solutions.
Requirements:
5–8 years of IT support experience with strong Level 3 technical skills
Advanced troubleshooting across servers, networking, and end-user systems
Ability to scope, design, and implement IT projects
Experience mentoring junior technicians and leading escalations
Proficiency in Windows administration, backups, and enterprise email systems
Strong customer-facing communication skills; able to lead onsite walkthroughs when needed
Comfortable improving workflows, documentation, and efficiency (automation/AI a plus)
