We're hiring a data engineer to lead the buildout of our data infrastructure as we expand AI capabilities across our platform for home care providers. We are looking for someone that can lead our transition from a single master database to a data warehouse that supports AI workloads without compromising performance for end users. You'll have significant input into the technology stack and architectural direction.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement a data warehouse architecture that scales with our AI roadmap

• Evaluate and recommend technologies, tools, and platforms for our data stack

• Build reliable ETL/ELT pipelines to move data from our primary database into analytical systems

• Partner with engineering pods to offload analytical and AI workloads from the production database

• Ensure data integrity, performance, and reliability across the warehouse and pipelines

• Establish best practices for data modeling, governance, and documentation

Requirements:

• Proven experience designing and building data warehouses from the ground up

• Strong SQL skills and deep understanding of relational and analytical databases

• Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines and modern data tooling

• Strong communication skills and respect for cross-functional teammates

• Experience supporting AI/ML workloads or feature pipelines a plus
