A tech and data first company is looking for a sharp, "AI-first" developer who combines a strong foundation in software development with a modern, agentic approach to implementing complex industry workflows. In this role, you will work directly with our Lead Developer to build cutting-edge autonomous systems and innovate on data pipelines and workflow optimization. The right person should be a logical problem-solver who can challenge existing ideas, experiment, and innovate on our AI based application.

• Build scalable backend systems in Java.

• Implement industry data workflows using agentic AI and LLM integrations.

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in software development.

• Experience deploying MCP servers and advanced AI features for automated data generation.

• Propose and experiment with new architectural ideas.

• Ability to explain technical aspects to non technical people.

• Strong problem solving skills with the ability to solve high-level cross-industry challenges.
