We are looking to create user guides of our solutions and are in need of an experienced writer to help us create and high-quality documentation for our applications. This role involves working closely with our development and client teams to ensure that technical content is accurate, aligned, and easy to understand.

Requirements

• Experience in documenting end-user software solutions

• Develop, write, and maintain user guides, technical manuals, and online help documents.

• Tech-savvy with a knack for software and technology

• Fast learner with the ability to understand and learn new technologies quickly

• Organize and manage documentation content in a structured and user-friendly manner.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their documentation needs and tailor content accordingly.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a deep grasp of the English language.

• Strong understanding of software development processes and technical concepts.
