As a Software Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing business needs, defining software requirements, and optimizing enterprise software solutions. Your work will focus on CRM system enhancements, automation, and integration, ensuring that our clients maximize their technology investments.
Requirements
Experience with Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or other CRM platforms, either in analysis, customization, or full-scale implementation.
Ability to translate business processes into actionable software requirements with a strategic, big-picture mindset.
Experience with process modeling (BPMN), requirements management tools, and project collaboration platforms like JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
Evaluate, enhance, and implement CRM solutions (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.) to improve sales, marketing, and customer engagement processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and project managers to define clear, actionable business and functional requirements for software solutions.
Analyze existing workflows, data structures, and integrations, identifying opportunities for automation and system enhancements.
Maintain product backlogs, user stories, and feature roadmaps, prioritizing software enhancements based on business impact.
