Requirements:
3+ years of experience in business analysis or process design

Skilled in gathering requirements, mapping workflows, and creating technical documentation
Able to evaluate current systems and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency
Comfortable designing and validating tailored software solutions for clients
Proficient in writing business requirements, process flows, and user stories
Experienced in software testing and solution validation
Excellent communication skills — client-facing and cross-functional team coordination
Proactive, detail-oriented, and up to date with CRM and automation best practices
