Job Overview
A rapidly growing healthcare SaaS company, is seeking an experienced technical support specialist to assist our team with solving software related inquires for our customers. The right person will be responsible debug and reproduce bug reports, scope and contain the effect, and delegate complex issues to the right department for permanent fixes. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction by resolving technical issues efficiently.
Requirements:
Past experience working in a technology team
Support our Customer Service Team
Be creative to find solutions and workarounds to immediate problems
Investigate, diagnose, and fix straightforward technical and data issues - includes writing scripts to assess scope of data bugs and updating data
The ability to delegate complex issues to the correct team
Technical Proficiency: Good SQL and data analysis skills
Ability to quickly grasp business concepts
Familiarity with automated testing, software deployment practices, and a basic understanding of software development processes a strong plus.
High level knowledge in general technology concepts and languages
