We are looking for a strong, hands-on Software Development Team Lead to join our team working on a system used by millions. You will be joining a large, established development team of 30+ people, working alongside other team leads and architects to build, maintain, and improve a high-traffic, complex web application.

This is a hands-on leadership role. We are looking for someone who loves writing code just as much as helping other developers grow. Responsibilities include mentoring developers, reviewing code, solving technical challenges, and helping the team deliver high-quality software as well as contributing directly to more complex features.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on software development experience with Node.js, React, and/or Angular.

• Solid technical skills and the ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.

• Leadership qualities, whether through formal team leadership or experience mentoring junior developers, taking initiative, and helping others succeed.

• Ability to conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and maintain high standards for code quality.

• A passion for coding and the willingness to remain hands-on with development approximately 50% of the time.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work closely with architects, team leads, and other developers.

• A team player with a strong work ethic, ownership mentality, and a humble, approachable personality.

• Experience working on large, complex applications is a plus.

• 6+ years of coding experience.
