We are a startup MSP looking to bring on an advanced technical implementer to take on complex projects and escalations. The ideal candidate is someone who understands technology deeply and has experience working in the MSP environment as a level 3 technician or similar. This role is for someone looking to take their MSP experience and build their own vision through a partnership, along with a full salary.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT support or infrastructure engineering

• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and GPO

• Proficient in Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and Azure AD

• Solid understanding of networking, firewalls, VPNs, and virtualization

• Experience with backup/disaster recovery solutions

• Basic scripting or automation skills (e.g., PowerShell)

• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
