A 30+ year family-owned retailer is building out an internal AI function across its company and is looking to hire an end-to-end AI implementor to join their tech team. In this role, you will work directly with every department and function of the company as well as the tech team and ideate, design, and develop solutions from the ground up and help guide the team on adaptation. Requirements

• Hands-on experience implementing AI/LLM tooling into real business workflows.

• Comfortable working on the technical and business side of implementations

• Deep understanding of how APIs, internal systems, and third-party platforms interact with each other

• Able to sit with a non-technical people to understand how they work, what can be optimized and translate that into a working solution

• Strong communicator who can explain technical work to operations, merchandising, and executive stakeholders

• Manage and prioritise their workload independently
