We are a large real estate company and we are looking to replace our full third party tech stack with our own solution. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with writing code by hand but is AI native and adapted to the modern coding workflow. The right person will evaluate operations first hand, evaluate solutions, and implement them end to end from idea to production. Long term we will replace our entire tech stack with a custom solution build from scratch. If you love building new software from scratch and have a direct impact, this is for you.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of real coding experience.

• AI-native developer who is able to design and build AI automations

• Solid understanding of business processes, with the ability to translate observed workflows into working automation

• Quick to pick up an unfamiliar business and comfortable working onsite alongside staff

• Can work full time from our Brooklyn office.

• Team player who works well in a collaborative environment.

• Real estate or property management experience is a plus
