We are looking for an experienced Python/Django Developer to join a growing healthcare technology startup building a revenue cycle management and billing platform for nursing homes.

You will work closely with a small engineering team to build and improve the product. We are looking for someone with strong technical fundamentals who can think independently, solve problems, and take ownership of their work.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Python and Django.

• Good understanding of programming fundamentals and software design.

• Experience building and maintaining real-world applications.

• Healthcare or healthcare billing experience is highly preferred.

• Candidates with financial software experience may also be considered.

• Comfortable using AI coding tools such as Codex and Anthropic tools.

• Able to work independently and collaborate with a small team.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to take responsibility.

Work Location

The team currently works from the Bronx office on Mondays and Wednesdays. The company expects to relocate to Montvale, New Jersey, in approximately 6–8 months. After the move, the role may require working from the office 4–5 days per week.

Candidates should be comfortable commuting to these locations.
